By combining our wealth of business experience and extensive networks in both the US and Asia with our deep knowledge of the Software Outsourcing domain, we believe Orbis Integrated Solutions is uniquely capable of helping entrepreneurs and corporations scale their companies into market leaders.

Patrick Lee – Principal

Patrick has 20 years of experience in Product Implementation, Systems Integration, IT Software Development and Management Consulting, and founder of Orbis Integrated Solutions – a Systems Integration and Information Technology consultancy.

In prior ventures, Patrick invested many years in an executive role managing and developing Consulting organizations to establish their service offerings, delivery infrastructures, methodologies and processes. Patrick was Vice President of Consulting Services and a founding member of Virtusa, an outsourcing company, which encompasses 2 offshore engineering divisions, and a US onshore based project management and architect design division. Patrick established a beach-head for the company in the US and was instrumental in growing the company to 450 people.

From 1996 through 1997, Patrick was Director of Systems Integration for INSCI Corp. From 1992 to 1996, he served as a Senior Project Manager for several leading IT consulting companies, including Coopers & Lybrand, and Sapient Corporation. Patrick delivered a number of IT initiatives, which involved major business process re-engineering and implementation at state and national levels in the US . He managed and participated in a wide range of development teams, which included the successful delivery of multi-million dollar fixed price engagements.

Patrick was educated in England where he started his IT career. He has an extensive background in Asia , Europe and the US , which gives him a global IT perspective. Patrick holds a degree in Computer Studies from the University of Central England.

Michael Taytslin – Principal

Michael’s career has spanned every level of the hi-tech industry, rising from a programmer and systems architect to Chief Information Officer with PTC, an industry leader in CAD/CAM and PLM. Michael has managed the global client services of small, medium and large enterprise software development companies. In addition to overseeing INSCI Corporation’s operations, Michael built the company’s client services department; he also spearheaded Centive Inc’s dramatic turnaround in 2002 by reinvigorating its client services.

Michael has cultivated many strategic partnerships between his clients and offshore software engineers. He is developing markets in Europe and Israel for cutting edge business intelligence firms; and he continues to successfully consult companies seeking to optimize their operations, processes, personnel placement, sales, and marketing.

Michael holds a dual M.S. in Engineering and Computer Science from the Sevastopol State Technical University.

Jami Ritter – Principal

Jami is a seasoned Executive Leader with over 20 years of professional and managerial experience. Her areas of expertise include global service operations and contact centers, process innovation, and business transformation.

Her most recent position was with Philips Lifeline, where Jami headed up the Global Services division, which was charged with supporting the international expansion strategy by bringing up new Lifeline operations/contact centers in multiple countries. Prior to this position, Jami served as Senior Director, Customer Care for Philips Lifeline where she was responsible for all customer facing groups, including 7 contact centers spread over 2 locations, a nationwide network of installers, a telesales group, and a Government-reimbursed division. Customer Care was supported by 750 employees and a $50MM annual budget. As part of her charge, Jami focused on process and margin improvement and over the span of 10 years saved $54MM that was either dropped to the bottom line or reinvested to fuel growth.

Earlier in her career, Jami served as a management consultant helping to develop IT strategies for international and domestic Government agencies as well as private sector integrated delivery systems and independent hospitals. Much of her work focused on process improvement that was ultimately enabled by technology solutions.

Jami is a published co-author of Patient Care Information Systems: Successful Design & Implementation that was awarded Book-of-the-Year honors by HIMSS. Jami holds an MBA in finance and operations research and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry.
